Heather Ray joined MIT VMS as Outreach Program Coordinator in 2023. She serves as a customer experience manager to our sister programs on their journey from initial interest through tailored trainings to ongoing support, especially through the team’s marketing, scheduling, event planning, and communications efforts.
Most recently, she served as director of internal operations and client project manager at a boutique Boston-based marketing agency specializing in corporate B2B video production. She brings extensive prior administrative experience in professional services organizations in healthcare as well as higher education-recruitment. She holds a BA from Wells College in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Cultures; Concentration: French.
Heather enjoys getting out to hike, bike, or boat and staying in to paint, puzzle, or cook.
