He has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams to deliver consistent results, while driving change. He has a passion for giving back and has served on several non-profit boards, including as President and Chair of Bunker Hill Community College's Foundation Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Additionally, Carlton is an involved angel investor with a strong interest in building successful businesses while providing guidance to early-stage startups.
